Well, there's two ways to answer this question.
1. With a wireless router in your home, you can set the Brother to be a wireless printer. This would allow the Brother to share within the network of your home to both laptops and tablets.
2. You can also connect an Ethernet wire to the back of the wireless router, making it a network printer. This would allow all devices in the home to print to it.
Tablets do not have USB connections. They will require a "home network" to connect them. This is a requirement.
