Unfortunately the Brother MFCJ4335DW machine is not automated duplex scanning or copying. This model has the B&W print only option. The "B&W Print Only - Replace Ink" message means that one or more of your color ink cartridges have reached the end of its life. While "B&W Print Only - Replace Ink" appears on the screen, you can continue to use your machine in the following ways: 1. You can always scan to PC or media even if your machine displays "Replace Ink." 2. Based on your printing volume and page coverage, you can print up to four (4) weeks in B&W mode. 3. You'll be able to receive and print B&W faxes. If you're sent a color fax, the machine will convert the face and print it in black and white. 4. You won't be able to print on photo paper or other special media during B&W mode. Only plain paper can be used. 5. Place the machine in Grayscale mode via the print driver to ensure you can continue to print documents.
