Yes, it does it is in a separate box. Easy to install. I think a sturdy table is all you need. I put it on a 4 ft folding table bought at wallyworld years back. The pic is on the coffeetable but I just set up the little fold table and place the machine on it and it is perfect. That is the second picture of the table
