• I stir it at 45 min and it's piping hot at 1 HR 15 min. That's when it's been in fridge

• Food heats up in about 3 hours. It's not like a regular crock pot its just a food warmer.

• It takes between 2 to 3 hour according to the thickness of the soup. I put in the crock about an hour or so after I get to work. I have been happy with my purchase.
