Are these knives ceramic coated or just painted? null

They are painted but they are good to use

Hello, I have been buying these Cuisinart Knife Sets now for several years and do use them everyday and these knives do not chip or does the color wear off at all. As far as ceramic or painted, I honestly don't know. Hope this helps.

These knives are painted and the paint seems to be well-bonded to the metal blade.

Feels very sturdy -high quality …smooth surface that is also durable..I believe they are classified as ceramic coated.

I am not an expert, but mine appears to be painted not ceramic-coated. the wooden handled ones are ceramic coated.

Ceramic coating on stainless steel.
