• Hello Caro, UPS units are not meant for use with appliances and would void the warranty. Plugging in your lift recliner chair would likely over load the unit. Thank you for submitting your question!

• According to Cyberpower's specs regarding this UPS -- it is not designed to power equipment such as a lift recliner chair. As well, only electronic equipment (computers, TVs, home entertainment sound systems, etc) can be used with this type of UPS.
