How user serviceable is it ? Can the RAM be upgraded ? null

According to YourDellTeam, "The RAM has a capacity up to 1TB." Dell really needs to train its support personnel better. The maximum RAM any laptop will take is undesr 200GB. These guys don't know the difference between STORAGE and MEMORY. N.B.: The maximum MEMORY/RAM is 16GB.

Manual for Inspirion 15 3529 that you posted the link shows: Maximum memory configuration 16 GB
