“How do I change the size of the wallpaper or background image or the picture that I want to use because full is too big and if it isn't big enough stretch is too wide how can I change the size of the picture by height and width”

Hi there. Thanks for your great question. From what it sounds like, the picture you're trying to use as a wallpaper image is too small resolution wise.
