    • Answer My honest opinion is these appear to be used items that were returned. Not ACTUALLY "refurbished" items. The one I got was dirty and gross and had CLEARLY just been returned and never taken back out of the box before selling it as "refurbished." However, with some isopropyl alcohol, some electronics cleaner and elbow grease I was able to make it look brand new. Then, you can submit the "video verification" on DJI's website for their Care+ warranty. If it passes, you spend $80 for a two year warranty and accidental damage protection. If this "refurbished" drone takes a crap on you a month later and you've gotten the coverage, no worries. Ship back to DJI for fix or replacement.

  • QuestionCan you purchase DJI Care Refresh+ on DJI website with this refurbished Mini 3 ?

    • Answer You can submit the "video verification" on their website. Just follow the directions and if the drone has basic functionality and hasn't had care refresh+ in the past it will pass and you can add it. I suggest buy it, try to add coverage. If it fails, return the drone for another one and try again until you get one that will pass.

    • Answer Best buy gives you a 90 day warranty on defects. What you SHOULD do is follow the directions on DJI's website to submit the drone for verification to get Care Refresh+. This gives you a two year warranty and two years of accidental damage protection for $80. Well worth it, assuming the drone is functional enough to pass the basic checks the verification asks for.
