My honest opinion is these appear to be used items that were returned. Not ACTUALLY "refurbished" items. The one I got was dirty and gross and had CLEARLY just been returned and never taken back out of the box before selling it as "refurbished." However, with some isopropyl alcohol, some electronics cleaner and elbow grease I was able to make it look brand new. Then, you can submit the "video verification" on DJI's website for their Care+ warranty. If it passes, you spend $80 for a two year warranty and accidental damage protection. If this "refurbished" drone takes a crap on you a month later and you've gotten the coverage, no worries. Ship back to DJI for fix or replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know if it’s refurbished by Dji or Best Buy, but it came in looking brand new and working perfectly. The only issue I had was that it was linked to the previous owners account. So if you purchase the Dji care refresh make sue the drone is unlocked. If not bring it back to the store.
