“How does the air flow on this AM09 compare to the fan only unit AM07? I want a new fan, and I use a room heater in the winter, so I'd be interested in having one appliance to do both if this puts out a comparable breeze to a regular fan.”

It moves air just like a normal fan on the cold speed, but it doesn’t cool the air like you to expect something like this from Dyson to do. As I said in my review, pushes a lot of air but also dust and allergens around as well. For the price you pay for this, you might as well pay a little more for their version that also acts as an air purifier. Just my opinion but that’s what I would suggest.
