A:Answer Hello Nanna, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our Dyson Ball Animal 2 upright vacuum features our ball technology. This allows it to steer easily into difficult places with a simple turn of a wrist. The vacuum's key components have been engineered to fit inside the ball itself. This gives the machine a streamlined profile, allowing access to tight spaces and lowering its center of gravity to make it lighter in the hand.
The cleaner head won't entirely fit underneath your bed or furniture, if it's a lower profile. We do, however, carry a number of tools that attach to the wand allowing you better access to hard-to-reach places.
