Do you have the beater on for carpets or for hard floors? The button is next to the ON button. It's hard to see the beater brush running but it dosen't move when on hard floors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dyson works best on low pile carpet. Mine works great on my carpet. I do have an area rug that is not low pile and I noticed it is hard to push. So I use a regular vacuum for that rug and the dyson for the rest of the home. Hope this info helps
