There all pieces of scrap they need to return our money to us I think Oreck’s are the best
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Alex, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Ball Animal 2 is a much newer machine that the DC28 Air Muscle. We no longer manufacture or sell the DC28. The Ball Animal 2 is a ball machine; the motor and all corresponding components fit inside of the ball of the machine. This vacuum provides 270 air watts of power suction. The DC28 is not a ball machine; this vacuum has 235 air watts of suciton power so the Ball Animal 2 does provide stronger suction. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
