Hi there T, this is Tia from Dyson. An H2 message on the Dyson HP01 purifier would indicate the need to reset the machine. To do so, please turn the power off (using either the power button on the remote or the Main body) wait 60 seconds and then turn the machine back on. The fault code should have cleared.
