If you can return it. I am on my third unit and the same keeps happening. I found the part has a design defect, and I think they were fixing that. All that being said, it happened again to my third unit. Dyson makes quality stuff, but this product is sooo bad I am surprised they allowed it to go to market. It seems this happens to pretty much all of their PH01 humidifiers, so its definitely not just you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Exactly, there's nobody taking calls. And if one more person tells me to deep clean after 3 weeks (and a deep clean), I'll go mad. My other unhelpful option was to trek to Paramus NJ for an inspection. For a new machine. Returning it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s probably the water pump? I have been trying to solve this problem for a week. A helpful person on FB explained how to take the filter unit apart to clean it. Are you getting an error message? I have contacted dyson, after three days, I got a cut and paste response which did not address my question/error message,
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return it! I've gone through two defective units. I'm done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one and have had two replacement units. The pumps in these machines last 6-8 months then die. lots of posts about the pump dying. Obviously a bad design.
