How often do I use the citric acid & deep clean cycle? null

The frequency of needing to do a deep clean cycle will depend upon the hardness of the water in your area and the normal ambient humidity levels. So, it is difficult to give an exact answer. For example, if you used distilled water (not recommended, too expensive) there would be very little mineral buildup and deep cleaning would not be needed.
