• A:Answer Hello Sabz, this is Kelly with Dyson. The TP07 is our newest model, and does feature a few improvements over the previous TP04 model. TP07 Dyson Purifier Cool has been re-engineered to deliver 50% cleaner air. It still automatically senses, captures and traps pollutants. The combi filter is newly designed and made from 25% recyclable materials. The machine is also 20% quieter while in use. • A:Answer Hi Danny, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. The TP07 will cool you, but not like you'd expect from a unit that chills the air with Freon. • A:Answer Hi there Bill, this is Tia from Dyson! Great question! All filters for the Dyson purifying units are not reusable and will require replacement. The Dyson TP07 purifying fan will alert you when it's time to change the filter. To see this information, feel free to tap on the the filter replacement indicator within "settings" on the Dyson Link app. Based on 12-hour a day usage running in maximum purifier mode, we would recommend that you replace your filter after 12 months to maintain acceptable fan performance.
