- Answer Yes it does. HP07 heats and cools, if you want heat, then HP07 is the way to go, if you only want a purifier or cool air, then TP07 is the one. Take notice that TP07 is taller though if that matters. HP07 is algo a bit more expensive since it has the heating

QuestionI am planning to take my Dyson to Asia where power supply is 220, will it work there? Some appliances are dual voltage I don’t know about Dyson. Thanks!

- Answer Hi there Dyson is not dual voltage and using with a converter will damage the machine. We advise against taking these machines internationally.

- Answer Nah, not noiseless. It's got different fan strength settings. The higher level, the louder it gets. We keep ours at about a 4 or 5 but it's still quieter than a box fan.

QuestionFor the night mode option is there a way to simply turn off the light without lowering the fan speed?

- Answer Hi there, this is David with Dyson. Night mode will use the machines quieter settings, reducing airflow speeds to range from 1 to 4. Night mode will also dim the display, making it ideal for use while sleeping. That said, you also would have the ability to customize Night mode settings directly within the Dyson Link App, or the included remote control. For example, once night mode has been activated, airflow speed can still be adjusted to whichever setting you prefer. Once you set your fan speed, night mode will continue to function by dimming, and turning off the display. QuestionWe have to remodel our master bath after a mini-water heater leaked creating a mold problem. Will this unit help keep the master bedroom relatively free of both the dust and mold as the tear out begins? We have a door between the two areas.

- Answer I am very allergic to mold spores and dust. The minute this air purifier entered my house I saw a difference. The difference between this air purifyer and some other brand is that it catches the mold into its filter. As oppose to some others (I'm thinking about Breeva A5) which has UV-C rays that will "kill" the mold. I have both air purifyers and I am having my kitchen renovated completely. The Dyson detected VOC's but the Breeva 5 didn't although the smell of the glue used to install formica was terrible... Both were set on automatic... I was happy I had the Dyson TP07 (I provided the pictures that would show on the app. Usually it's in the green.)

Questionevery time I turn the machine on my dog freaks out. is there some high pitch noise that bothers dogs? if it is off she is ok but when I turn it on in the middle of the night when she is asleep she wakes up and wines and wants to leave the bedroom.

- Answer As I know so far is that both machines can be controlled by the app haven’t really gotten that far to see if both machines can be controlled bye Alexa I know for sure that one can be controlled by Alexa.

- Answer Newer models you can, not sure TP02. If you can control TP02 through the app, then probably yes. In the app there’s a section for voice asssistant, you pretty much pre program settings and tell it with which voice assistant you want to use it with

- Answer Air purifiers will filter out what’s floating around in the air. These have great filters. It helps to open windows at least a few minutes a day. Outdoor air exchange is important too.

- Answer You need one in each room if it is self contained, such as bedrooms. I have this model in my living room which is open to the dining room and kitchen. However, you can only get readings for the room location of the machine. I can't tell you for sure it is purifying the other rooms.
