Q: QuestionWhy does mine keep breaking? I’m having a second one replaced cause the first two had issues where it abruptly stopped working. After resetting it the fan would go back on then the fan has a loud sound and stops. The second one only lasted two days.

Q: QuestionAnyone's unit making a rattling/clicking noise when it's oscillating? Once in a while when I turn it on, it sounds like something is hitting the side while it oscillate line a spinning fan little the cover. This is my 2nd unit and it's doing the same.

Q: QuestionI just changed my filter and it’s saying I need to change it less than 2 months. Is it because I used the heater too much? Did I just break the HP02? I constantly run the heater function, because it seems to be cheaper than my gas furnace.

Q: QuestionI just purchased the HP01 and it runs for 10-15 on heat then it turns off. I made sure the timer wasn't on. I have another one of the same model that's about 3 years old and never had this problem. It stays on till I shut it off.

Q: QuestionI’d like to have the automatic purifier on during the day. But, when I sleep, I want my oil diffuser on, but I also want either just the heat or just the fan on from my dyson. I don’t want the purifier on while my diffuser is running. Is that possible?

• A:Answer Hello Purifier, This is Miella from Dyson. You can set up a schedule on the Dyson Link App, so it can run in auto during the day and not run at all during the evening.
