Unscrew the HEPA filter at the back. A slight turn should do it. Then lift the pre filter out of the top of the unit. You can wash them with cold water only and wait 24-48 hours for them to completely dry. Then you can put them back in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Documentation supplied with the vacuum will tell you how to do this, but you basically pull the release tab and pop the filter out. Its metal so just rinse and dry with a clean rag and slap it back in.
