Krystal and all Hawaii Dyson Owners, Dyson does NOT ship replacement batteries to Hawaii due to Hazmat shipping costs/restrictions. Krystal didn’t want Hawaii consumers to know this via this forum. But that is the unfortunate truth. If you call Dyson, you will learn the same. Regards, Hawaii Anthony
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Through personal experience, no you cannot buy replacement batteries to be shipped to Hawaiʻi. When my Dyson V6 battery failed to charge, I reached out to Dyson. Unfortunately, because of the lithium battery shipping regulations, Dyson is unable to ship a replacement battery. Instead, they offered me a 20% off coupon for a whole new vacuum. That seemed more like a slap to the face since Dyson owners regularly receive 20% off coupons trough email. I will no longer purchase a cordless Dyson unless they provide replacement batteries locally.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Roomba , Dyson etc. When when your battery dies, and you live in Hawaii , your machine is useless. Just bought a Roomba i8 and realized there is no way to get a battery for it from the mainland. Am returning it.
