• Hello Jay, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson vacuums purchased in the US are rated for our electrical outlets here, 110/120V. We do not recommend using an adaptor or converter with your machine in another country, as this can cause your machine to overheat or malfunction. I hope this helps!
