“How long does it take to charge? I don't see where the charging station is getting power from?”

You need a 120V power source. I mounted mine outside on a closet door. I drilled a hole through the door to run the cord to a plug inside the closet. I put shelves in the closet for the accessories. It says that it takes five hours to charge. My first charge took only 3 1/2 hrs. My wife plugs it in between uses. She may use it briefly for 4-5 times some days. She has never run it out of power. It picks up dirt amazingly well. Definetly worth the price.

Once it has a full charge you will get 7 minutes in MAX mode. 25 minutes in standard mode with the motorized cleaner head attached and 30 minutes with the soft roller cleanerhead or mini motorized tool attached. 40 minutes for any other tool. The charger is inserted into the back of the docking station and then plugged into the wall outlet. Wall mounting instructions are included. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Takes about an hour and half to charge. it has a power cord that goes into the unit it self, the charging station is to hold it while charging, you do not have to use it. I place mine on a surface and plug it into the power source.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you have to thread the power cord through the docking station and keep the cord plugged in the wall. when you place the vacuum back in the docking station it will charge.
