The Eargo Neo HiFi hearing devices do not allow for direct streaming of Bluetooth signals due to their virtually invisible size. However, Eargo has designed the Neo HiFi (as well as Eargo 6 and Eargo 5) to allow for personalized control using the Eargo app which connects to the charger via Bluetooth. When you make adjustments to the hearing aids via the Eargo app, the app and your smartphone will connect to the charger and then upload and changes into the hearing aids when they are connected to the charger.
