- Answer It does not have a specific setting for sour dough, but i plan to try it after i have become more accustomed to variations in settings and ingredient adjustments. By experimenting using smallest size loafs, it should be easy enough to gradually perfect a full size loaf of any type.

- Answer Keep additional ingredients (fruits, nuts, raisins, etc) on one side and add them during the second kneading when the appliance beeps 10 times.
