CAN YOU MAKE SOURDOUGH BREAD IN THIS APPLIANCE? null

It does not have a specific setting for sour dough, but i plan to try it after i have become more accustomed to variations in settings and ingredient adjustments. By experimenting using smallest size loafs, it should be easy enough to gradually perfect a full size loaf of any type.
