You need to contact their support team. Email them and they can help you. Had the same issue with my wife's mug and they helped to quickly resolve for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To reset the Ember, press and hold the power button on the bottom of the mug for about 15 seconds. The Ember's LED will first blink blue, then yellow, then red to indicate it is being reset. Once you see these colors, let go of the power button and allow the Ember's LED to pulse back to white confirming the reset was successful. Please note, a reset will disconnect the Ember if it was previously paired to your mobile device. After a red light reset is done, you will have to forget the "Ember Ceramic Mug" from the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device in order to re-pair it.
