The funny thing is that I've never had an issue when printing from any of my apple devices which includes both iPhone's and iPad's. I'm still troubleshooting my issues as I had a similar issue w/ my old HP inkjet printer which was part of my reason for updating my printer. As far as the ET-8500 Tankless Printer, WE LOVE IT!
