QuestionIs ink included with the printer purchase, or must I purchase it separately?I purchased a printer once that did not include ink and had to make a second trip to the store in order to use said printer.

- Answer When I purchased mine it came with one of each color. What's great about this printer is that it does come with separate cartridges for the colors so when you run out of one color you don't have to throw the rest out just to refill the one.

- Answer The WF-2650 uses Epson 220 ink cartridges. It also uses 220XL cartridges which contain more ink.

- Answer Yes. You need a cable that is not included. I was told you can only use one method, however, that is, hard wired OR wifi, but not both.

- Answer Yes this can print two sided on a Mac. In the standard printer dialog box there is a check box marked two – sided. Check for duplex printing or leave unchecked for single side only.

- Answer That is one thing that is missing. No SD card reader. You can email things to the printer or scan things directly to your computer using wifi. I am not sure why they did not include that feature in the printer. I miss that feature.

- Answer WF 2650 is a smaller unit for home use. 3620 is a larger unit for more office usage capacity. 3620 has a larger display screen.

QuestionPaper options?Can you use cardstock or different thickness of paper without damaging this printer? My current Epson printer, printed fine on cardstock and thicker paper but later it had problems picking up normal paper and often would grab multiple pages, ugh. Thank you for any info.

- Answer I use cardstock in my Epson WF-2650 a lot. Just take out the regular paper and put a quantity of cardstock in. It'll work just fine. It's honestly the only thing that worked well in this printer.
