A:AnswerThe printer does not work unless you have all the ink colors have ink. That is something I don't like either. But I think all the printers I researched had the same issue. I love the printer and but now I want their new one that is a bit more costly but the ink is so cheap. I am saving for that printer.
A:AnswerYes, it does auto-duplexing, and it works quite well. When you print, if you go to printer properties, you can set it to print 2 sides. You could also make that the default, if you wished.
A:AnswerMake sure when you are trying to print your pictures that the photo paper is loaded in the bottom tray (take your regular 8.5x11 paper out). Also, make sure that the shiny side or your photo paper is facing DOWN and that you adjust the tabs on the tray to hold the paper in place.
If you continue having issues, try turning it off and then back on. There might be an error with your connection.
A:AnswerRemove memory cards if any on the side of the printer, and from its screen do a factory reset:
Press Home -> select Setup -> System Administration -> Restore Default Settings -> Clear All Data and Settings -> Select Yes
A:AnswerThis printer sets itself up automatically. It looks for your network and allows you pick which one you want (if there are more than one). Super easy.
