The printer shows up on the computers networked printers list.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On the main menu screen it will walk you through connecting to your home wifi as a part of the setup process. Then you need to add the printer driver to each computer. It comes with a disk but I found going online and downloading was easier since none of our macs have disk drives.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Technically it doesn't. When you set up the printer, it connects to your wireless router and "joins" the network that way. Then, your computer should see the printer on your network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Completely straightforward process. You can do it manually by selecting a SSID and entering the key or you can use the more modern push button approach. Took about 10 seconds to get it online. Once online your PC should see it as an available network printer and Win 10 at least is ready for it out of the box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A couple ways. most common is the printer connects to your Wifi network (yo select ssid and password from the console). Then use "Add Printer" from andy PC or MAC connected to the same network. Using the enclosed CD will find the Wifi printer as well. It can also create its own Wifi hot spot that you can connect to devices (I have not tried that).
