It stores data on the camera itself and not on a Homebase module. However, you still access the video like you would with Homebase-connected cameras - via the app.

It can utilize cloud storage in a subscription, MicroSD card, or if you have a local Network Attached Storage device it can save clips there. Those last two options also allows the device to be able to do continuous recording.

It will store footage to the micro SD card on board then write over old footage when the card is full. You do not need a home Base to use the camera. I don't know if they will add home base compatibility on the future but I really hope they do.
