When Eufy 35C comes in contact with cables, it tends to pull on them and end up getting them tangled in the side brushes. That will stop it from functioning, waiting for you to untangle and remove the cable. It can do the same with rugs that have loose threads or tassles.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I make sure all my light cords, cell phone charger cords and curtains are up out of the way when I run mine. If it does attach itself to a small cord or clothing left on the floor it will notify you via smartphone or like device that it is hung up, just release it and it will move on!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most of the time for like small chargers it will take it with him lol but if it’s a large thick cord most of the time it drives over it or senses it and moves away
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will get tangled in it. Gotta make sure that no cords are on the floor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We recommend picking up all cables it might roll over when it's doing its cleaning. Alternatively, you can block off cable areas so that it's impossible for the Robovac to roll over them.
