Check out the Fitbit support online. The questions and answers are pretty good. If you find that you end up as a guest and you have picked an icon, get on the scale and tap the right hand corner of the scale. If you don't use enough pressure you will need to do it a second time, like I did. It worked well. Worse case, you can use Fitbit's chat option or talk directly to a service representative. I have called them twice. They are really great to work with.
