If you have more than 1 person register to use it and the weights are close so it won't guess and it will put you down as guest
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This only happened to me during calibration. Perhaps you need to re-establish your account with the scale so it is better able to recognize you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve only had that happen if another user has used it between the times that I have used it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it has to do with its own calibration, or more accurately, zeroing itself out. I think most digital scales do this. The difference is that I think the Aria can do it before or after you weigh yourself, while most other scale need to do this before you weight yourself. I think you would be pretty upset if the Aria added a pound to your total weight because it wasn't zeroed out before you weighed yourself. This is just an educated guess, but you're could contact Fitbit if you want to be absolutely certain, though I don't think it's necessary. I personally didn't find anything unusual about that. I was most excited that I can jump on the scale without letting it zero itself out first as that can be annoying. I've been using digital scales for a while and I think most (if not all) do this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know. Just do it. My results always come out right.
