Q: QuestionThere's a cardboard behind the lower part of fridge. should I dispose of it, or leave it there? Frigidaire: FFTR1821TS

• A:Answer "Be sure,if the refrigerator has a rear cardboard cover, to replace it after service. If it is damaged, cut a new one from a cardboard box (prepared pizza delivery boxes work great!) The open fan cover grill areas are not critical but the solid ones are vital. These covers force air to be pulled over the hot condenser, cooling it, rather than being sucked in from open areas at the rear of the refrigerator. Without this cover it will overheat and may burn out the compressor."

Q: QuestionIt says : Reversible door The door can be installed to open left or right based on your needs. Will the delivery persons do this for the homeowner ?

• A:Answer Yes the door is reversible though it doesn't state that online and customer service also says it is not reversible, but if you go on the Frigidare site, it clearly states it is reversible. And yes, the delivery people set it up and changed the door handles from right to left opening when I asked politely. :)
