If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Also check to ensure the door is closed securely; open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms. -- If these suggestions do not solve the problem and the microwave still won't heat, see page 15 of the Owner’s Manual for warranty exchange information.
