My .7 Cu ft GE microwave does the same thing. Very aggravating to have to try to put it back in its track all the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We hate to hear you've had an issue with the turntable in your microwave coming loose. We know this must be an inconvenience and would like to assist. If the turntable comes loose, the issue can generally be resolved by simply making sure it's seated securely on the turning ring. If there is a protrusion in the center of the microwave that the tray rests on, you should also be sure it's securely seated there. If anything is blocking the turntable from seating normally, it is possible it may jerk out of place. If upon inspecting the turntable, you see any damage that is causing it to come loose, replacement parts are available. Our parts department can be called at 1-877-959-8688, if this is the case. If you cannot solve the issue by adjusting the set up or with any replacement part, our service department can be contacted at 1-800-432-2737; they would be glad to help. We hope you are able to get this issue resolved soon, so you can prepare your food conveniently and without worry. We're happy to help with any other concerns - wishing you all the best! -Sarah@GEA
