Hello. We appreciate you reaching out to us with this concern. This model features rollers that can be used to firmly position the unit, ensure it is level, or move the refrigerator away from the wall if necessary. The rollers can be adjusted by turning the adjusting screws clockwise to raise the refrigerator or counterclockwise to lower it (a 3/8” hex socket or wrench, or adjustable wrench, can be used for this). Further information regarding adjusting those rollers is available on page 28 of the Use and Care manual, which can be viewed on our GE website by looking up the model number. Unfortunately, this particular model does not feature front legs that can be adjusted down to prevent the refrigerator from moving forward; we regret any inconvenience this may cause, and our Design team will be informed of your inquiry for future review and development. If you have trouble preventing the unit from rolling, it may help to place a small wood wedge or plastic furniture coaster under the wheels. If you do so, we recommend re-leveling the refrigerator afterward. We hope this information is useful for you; if you have any other concerns or inquiries, we are glad to offer help any time. Best wishes! -Sarah@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.proper installation says the front should always be higher in the front than the rear so the doors will slightly swing shut when left alone in the half open position. This, plus the weight will keep it from rolling in any direction. If it rolls forward, there's something tragically wrong with your floor!
