Sounds like a loose or defective supply hose.

We truly appreciate you choosing this top load washer for your home and are terribly sorry to hear that your unit is leaking underneath. We can imagine that this has been a frustrating experience and are happy to offer you guidance in this. Water leaking from the rear of a top load washer is often related to installation, hoses, or plumbing issues. We would first recommend that you view the list of possible causes of a leak and things to check in your troubleshooting guide on page 23 of your User Manual, seen here: https://files.bbystatic.com/CPyEVasqZ%2BZzAzKphDnN5g%3D%3D/A042D7DC-0CFE-4886-BE2F-1B447CD72687.pdf. - If you attempt this troubleshooting and leak persists, we recommend that you schedule service to properly diagnose the unit. You can schedule an appointment with GE Factory Service by calling 1-800-432-2737 Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET, Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET, or schedule online at any time. We sincerely hope that this information is helpful for you! -Eliza@GEA
