Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry your "Tank Low" light has been on despite you refilling the reservoir. We know this is worrisome and we're happy to help. We first suggest you unplug the unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the controls. If the problem persists, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance.
