Does this freezer lock? null

Hi- This model does not have the lock feature. Thanks for checking with Us; Kaye@GE

There is no built-in lock. However, you can find lock sets specifically designed for an appliance like this - 2 straps with heavy duty adhesive for attaching them to the top and front of the freezer. A padlock then keeps the freezer locked tight. That's what I bought, and I have my chest freezer in the carport.
