If you purchased the extended warranty you would call Best Buy Geek Squad. If you did not, you would go through GE customer service. Keep all purchase paperwork for the life of the machine. I suppose that since this is a new model, Geek Squad would probably have to partner with GE technical to solve any issue.

Please try again later.Hello - While we don't anticipate that you'll have any issues with your unit, you do have our standard one-year warranty, a 5-year warranty on the sealed drying system, and a 10-year warranty on parts for the motor/transmission. If you're in a factory service area, our GE technicians will be able to help. If you're not, our service team will request an appointment with an authorized servicer in your area.
