My controls are locked how do I get in the washer null

Don’t know beside using your 10 yr. warranty to get your answer.

The controls on the Combo are locked when the “lock Ctrl” icon is illuminated. You must press and hold the Control Lock button to unlock the controls. To learn more, check out the Control Lock section on page 11 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website.
