QuestionDoes the washer and dryer ship separate and then you stack them/secure them on site? I am trying to ensrue we can get them down a flight of stairs so having them come apart will likely be helpful.

Questionwhat is the depth when dryer door is open. does the dryer door open towards right or left? I looked at the features, it say that power cord is not included. how I plug it in?

- Answer You have to buy a power cord separately for most machines these days. Not sure why. The drier is about 43 inches deep with the door open. Mine opens from left to right, and I don't think it's reversible.

- Answer I just installed one in a 5th floor condo. The delivery men use straps to lift and carry the unit up the stairs and they can fit into some very tight spaces. Check and make sure they deliver to the third floor with no elevator. There may be an additional charge.

- Answer When you buy the unit you can order the cord to come with it. If you didn't, you can get one at any of the big box stores, hardware or electrical supply store. You do need to know if you have a three (3) or four (4) prong power supply outlet.

Concrete flooring is best , but wood base is sufficient, provided floor support meets FHA standards. This appliance should not be installed on rugs. QuestionHello, I purchased the GUD24ES and have tracked the cycle times on Colors-Med and Whites-Light. In both cases, the “rinse” cycle lasted only 1-3 minutes and just sprayed water while spinning (very loudly!); it was not a tub rinse. Is this normal?
