“Is this Greenworks model safe to use on TREX decking?”

• I have found this to be completely safe on my trex decking. The rubber auger is the key.

• The blades are made of what looks like recycled tire tread. Probably safe, but I would only use it in the direction of the boards, not aginst the grain.

• I am by no means an expert but I do have the snow blower at my home. The rotating blade that physically touches the ground is a rubber or tire like material and not metal. That should make it easier on the deck surface. In addition, I would suggest adjusting the the skid plates so that the rotating blade itself doesn’t touch the ground at all.
