Hi there, thanks for your question! Sorry to hear that your unit is not pulling moisture from the air, we can understand how that would be frustrating. If the dehumidifier is not collecting water, the unit is not operating properly. We'd recommend that you try to reset the unit by disconnecting power for 30 seconds and re-connecting the power. - If the unit is out of warranty and in need of a repair, check with local servicers to see if they service dehumidifiers. Please note that there are not repair parts for dehumidifiers, and GE Appliances Factory Service does not service dehumidifiers. We do hope that this helps. All the best. -Michael@Haier
