Response from Hamilton Beach team below is a flat out lie. This is a common occurrence. Same thing happened to my machine. Water won't pump from reservoir to cup. Not a needle issue as it was not clogged and I don't use the K-cups, only the adapter for ground coffee. Unfortunately mine is out of warranty and now can only use carafe side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree. It seems to be a pretty common occurrence. My single side, keeps singling, Fill H2O. Wtheck?!?!?! I have cleaned it many times, de-calcified it, cleaned all the nooks and crannies. If we hit the side of it after a few resets it will finally start. So annoying. Who has time to sit by and babysit a coffemaker with sleep in your eyes???? I wont be purchasing this brand again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem and managed to fix it! Here's what worked for me: 1. On the single cup side, carefully remove the cover. 2. Take out one screw and remove the plastic grate. 3. At the bottom, you'll see a small silver prong (about 1-3mm)—this is the H2O sensor. 4. Lightly sand the prong with fine-grit sandpaper to remove any buildup or corrosion. After that, run a brew cycle with just water to ensure there’s no residual metal debris in your coffee. That should do the trick!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this is my second Hamilton Beach FlexBrew. The first one lasted 2 years and stopped working. I Believe it was my fault it stopped working because I would fill the water above the 12 cup mark.... the carafe holds more water than the machine can hold. When I took it apart to fix, I saw water had seeped out of the water over flow hole into the components. Only fill to the 12 cup level. Have you been over filling?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine keeps clogging too. There are two needles to clean, the upper and the lower. I used a vinegar flush every two weeks, and it helps. But it sure is a pain. Paul
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Calcium build up in the system most likey. Best to use distilled water in the machine. We just buy 1 gallon jugs of it and keep on hand near machine
