Q: QuestionI keep losing the Bluetooth connection with my new HK ONYX studio 4 - none of my other Bluetooth devices have this problem - I use it with my iphone7, as I do with all my others - I had the iPhone right next to it the whole time?????

• A:Answer I think I found the answer. It's a matter of proximity conflict with any other blue tooth device. The Onyx can handle only one blue tooth "request" at a time. When using the speaker, from my computer, the speaker dropped out the moment my Iphone blue tooth tried to connect. When I turned the Iphone blue tooth off, the Onyx worked perfectly and has continued to do so from that moment on.

Q: QuestionI got my Harmon Onyx 4 and also a Samsung T.V 55 inch can i connect my T.V to the Harmon Kardon Speaker??

• A:Answer I'll take a quick shot at this. TVs don't usually have a bluetooth transmitter in them, there's normally no need for it. Therefore the TV can't connect by bluetooth to the HK studio 4. It can still be done in a wired configuration though. You will just need to buy a cable to connect from the TV to the studio 4. If you know nothing about electronics and stuff, then go to the specs for your TV (either in the manual or more likely by looking this up online), check the format of the audio output, and then just buy a cable that goes from that type of output to the 3.5 mm audio input on the studio 4 and you should be good to go. If you have the choice, I'd buy a cable that was a little longer than you think you will need, that way you are less likely to get burned when you move stuff around at some point down the line.

• A:Answer Hi, that u know if no, can not sync both together, but yes can be used Bluetooth and it’s pretty good quality , one of the best I have seen and it’s all pretty loud, I had the studio 2 , 3 and now the 4. Haven’t seen difference on them Yet I’m sure they improved something. Los battery will last quite few hours. I don’t know how it would work on a boat on high speed and the sound of the wind and water but if the boat is still, I’m sure the sound would be enjoyable.

• A:Answer 220 is for large appliances you will need an extension cord. I wouldn't mess with it. I plug mine into a regular 110 wall outlet.
